Subscription Terms

Last updated: August 2026 · Applies to Candleling Premium on web (Stripe) and iOS (Apple).

What Premium includes

  • Unlimited hearts — mistakes never gate your learning.
  • The advanced curriculum (probability, strategy testing, journaling, scams awareness).
  • Full performance statistics and deeper practice reviews.
  • 2 streak freezes every month.
  • Priority access to new lessons and scenarios.

Billing

  • iOS purchases are billed by Apple through your Apple ID. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
  • Web purchases are billed by our payment provider (Stripe). We never see or store your card details.
  • Premium is available as Monthly ($7.99/month) and Yearly ($49.99/year) unless otherwise displayed at checkout. Prices are in USD; local taxes may apply.

Renewal & cancellation

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • iOS: manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or from the app via Settings → Subscription → Manage. Cancelling keeps Premium active until the end of the paid period — we do not pro-rate refunds for unused time beyond what Apple's policies allow.
  • Web: cancel anytime in Settings → Subscription → Cancel. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • No partial-period refunds are issued for voluntary cancellation; statutory refund rights are unaffected.

One subscription, every device

Your Premium entitlement follows your account across platforms. If you subscribe on iOS you keep Premium when you sign in on the web, and vice versa. If you hold both an Apple and a Stripe subscription, contact support at tradequest@abobakerbuilds.com and we will help consolidate them.

Lapsed payments

If a renewal fails (expired card, declined charge), your plan enters a short grace state. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. After that, the account returns to Free — your progress, streaks and achievements are never deleted.

Refunds

  • iOS: refunds are handled exclusively by Apple under its media terms — request them via Report a Problem at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple makes the decision; we honor it automatically.
  • Web: contact tradequest@abobakerbuilds.com within 14 days of an accidental charge and we will review it in line with consumer law.

Changes to Premium or prices

Features and pricing may evolve. Existing subscribers are notified before any price change takes effect at their next renewal, per platform rules.
